Collector’s Vault Support & Closed Beta Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This policy explains how support works for the Collector’s Vault invitation-only beta. It is intended to set practical expectations without creating a service-level agreement or guaranteed support obligation.

1. Support Contact

Email support is available at:

contact@mariourquia.com

Subject: Collector’s Vault Support

To help us investigate, include:

Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, API keys, full financial-account information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. Collector’s Vault will never ask you to email a password or session token.

2. What Beta Support Covers

We may provide reasonable, best-efforts assistance with:

3. Best-Efforts Support; No SLA

The Service is an early, invitation-only beta. Support is provided by email on a best-efforts basis. We do not promise a particular response time, resolution time, support schedule, uptime percentage, restoration time, or feature-availability level.

We may prioritize requests based on severity, security impact, number of affected users, reproducibility, and available capacity. We may combine duplicate reports, defer lower-priority requests, or close requests that cannot be reproduced or are outside the scope of the beta.

This policy is not a service-level agreement, warranty, paid maintenance plan, or promise that any issue will be fixed.

4. Beta Availability and Changes

Collector’s Vault may contain defects, incomplete features, experimental AI functions, changing data models, and temporary interruptions. We may add, change, restrict, suspend, or remove features or beta access at any time, including to protect security, comply with law, control operating costs, or prepare a new release.

We may reset or migrate beta data when reasonably necessary. We will try to avoid unnecessary data loss, but the beta is not intended to be your sole system of record. Keep an independent copy or periodic export of important collection information.

Access is currently invitation-only and may be revoked for security concerns, abuse, unlawful use, repeated interference with the Service, or material violation of applicable terms.

5. Informational Outputs and Product Limitations

Collector’s Vault is a collection-management and informational tool. It does not sell or deliver alcohol and does not provide medical, legal, tax, investment, insurance, authentication, or professional appraisal services.

AI outputs, label extractions, market values, drinking windows, pairings, serving orders, and other recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify important information independently before making a purchase, sale, insurance, tax, storage, consumption, or other decision.

Collector’s Vault is not responsible for third-party marketplaces, retailers, data providers, authentication providers, hosting providers, or other external services, although we may attempt to help identify where an issue originates.

6. Data Export, Deletion, and Recovery

Where available, use the controls in Collector’s Vault settings to export your account data or delete your account. Privacy requests may also be sent to contact@mariourquia.com with the subject Collector’s Vault Privacy.

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Support may be unable to restore a deleted account or deleted records. Limited information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or records retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.

Support cannot guarantee recovery of data affected by user error, device loss, third-party outages, corruption, discontinued beta features, or deletion. Maintain an independent export of important records.

7. Security Reports

Report a suspected security or privacy vulnerability to:

contact@mariourquia.com

Subject: Collector’s Vault Security

Include a clear description, affected page or endpoint, steps to reproduce, and the least amount of personal data needed to explain the issue.

Only test accounts, records, and systems you are authorized to access. Do not access another user’s data, disrupt the Service, perform denial-of-service testing, use automated high-volume scanning, publicly disclose an unresolved issue, or retain data encountered during testing.

Collector’s Vault does not currently operate a public bug-bounty program and does not promise payment, credit, safe-harbor treatment, or any other reward unless agreed in writing before testing.

8. Appropriate Communications

We may decline or stop responding to messages that are abusive, threatening, deceptive, unlawful, repetitive, unrelated to Collector’s Vault, or that request access to another person’s account or data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the beta evolves. The version posted on the Service with the most recent “Last updated” date will apply going forward. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
